Transition Assessment
General Event Information
Transition Assessment provides the baseline information from which students can identify reasonable post-secondary goals
and transition needs. It assists educators in identifying student voice related to student strengths, preferences, and
interests as well as identifying appropriate transition activities to meet the needs of the student. This full-day workshop
will provide a framework for determining assessment needs. A wide variety of tools, activities, and materials will be presented
in a hands-on manner that will allow participants to evaluate the possible use of these materials with their own students
